The 360 Restaurant has a deposit ticket system, which entails a visit to the restaurant for no longer than 2 hours. Meanwhile, a visit to the observation deck is unlimited.

To reserve a selected table and the time of a visit, please contact us by any means mentioned in “Contacts”. Please take into consideration that there are neither refunds nor exchanges of deposit tickets. Please also note that for children aged 10 to 14, a child deposit is required, but the admission to the observation deck is free. If your child is aged 6 to 9, you only need to purchase a child's entrance ticket to the observation deck. Children under 5 do not need a separate deposit or entrance ticket.
